Physical Products
We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged physical products (such as books or merchandise) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).
Digital Products
All digital products (including ebooks, downloads, journals, devotionals, courses, and coaching materials) are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at customersupport@angelarosko.com and we will ensure you receive proper access.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
