Physical Products

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged physical products (such as books or merchandise) within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

Digital Products

  • All digital products (including ebooks, downloads, journals, devotionals, courses, and coaching materials) are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at customersupport@angelarosko.com and we will ensure you receive proper access.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
